http://www.dutchforce.com/~eforum/index.php?showtopic=33927&view=getlastpostMy cars headlights suck, and I found out why. GM for whatever wisdom, has crappy power to the lamps, only TEN to ELEVEN volts, while driving and engine revved.. Seriously, that's horrible.

So I propose this, excuse my hand drawn nature schematic, but this should work, right?

<a href='http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v395/Evilweredragon/headlight.jpg' (evildragon)Fri, 30 Jul 2010 06:44:55 +0200http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.5/Angular Vs Linear Inertia ((Basic) Theoretical mechanics question) [Practical Electronics - Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and Design::Mechanical Engineering and Design], Thursday, July 29th - 11:37 PM

http://www.dutchforce.com/~eforum/index.php?showtopic=33924&view=getlastpostHi guys!

Imagine a rigid rod/bar with no forces acting on it. Then you apply a force. Depending on where that force is applied, the rod will start to move in the direction of the force and will also start to spin.

If the force is applied in the dead centre, intuition tells me it won't spin at all all; the entire force will be used to accelerate the rod linearly. My guess is that if the force was applied (perpendicular) to the very tip of the rod, all (F*SH)Thu, 29 Jul 2010 23:37:37 +0200http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.5/Cig Lighter Blowing Fuses [General::General Discussions], Thursday, July 29th - 9:15 PM

http://www.dutchforce.com/~eforum/index.php?showtopic=33922&view=getlastpostI just got for a total of €50 shipped several USB thumbdrives with the following capacities:

1x16GB
3x8GB
1x4GB

For a total of 44 gigs. I have an EeePC 1005HA whose hard drive I removed, and that I'm currently running off a 16GB SD card.
