i thought we had set up some sort of pay scale/service fee for instances such as this .

We did. IIRC, it's $10,000USD per hour, with the price dropping by $1000/hour for every hour the poster has spent trying to solve the problem for themselves. Proof of time spent is required. Posting the results of your own attempts is acceptable proof. BTW: I am, of course, only joking. But we won't just answer your homework questions for you, as you don't learn that way.
