L6385 is a mosfet gate driver. I am pretty sure that there is a ltspice model for this device, but i can't find it online.
Can anybody help me to find a ltspice model for L6385? Many Thx.

it's an obsolete product!
If this is the only one available for you then try to design a circuit to replicate it's functionality, then save it, and make a symbol for it.
