HI GENIUS ELECTRONIC LOVERS

I BOUGHT 80W 8 OHMS SPEAKER DESIGN FOR SUBWOOFER

MY PROBLEM IS THIS

HOW TO MAKE A SUBWOOFER..PLEASE HELP ME TO DESIGN A SIMPLE CIRCUIT BOARD FOR IT..

I KNOW HOW TO MAKE A BOX..THE THING I DONT KNOW IS TO BUILD A CIRCUIT DESIGN

for starters... NO CAPS... please.

second, what did you buy?

third do you want a powered sub? or a passive one? Passive is easy, just dump a crossover in the box to only allow say 150 Hz and below to your speaker.

Powered then you need an amplifier in the box AND a crossover.

If you want to design from scratch, get a schematic of a known working unit and PCB routing is easy. If you want your own design, do some serious breadboard R&D before etching a PCB.

There's ready-made sub modules for decent prices at http://www.partsexpress.com

no info yet..i am designing my own but it is so hard...thanks any way..i am planning to buy a complete set of amp with sub..
