The devices themselves......

HEF4024, HEF4026 and HEF4093

The 'HEF' bit usually designates the manufacturer - the 4*** series being a generic description of the device

HEF is a philips/nxp designation/technology. The generic prefix is CD4xxx
A Google search will give the pinouts.
