Hi
Suppose we have a normal circuit, where an LED is powered by a source of 1V, we do not know the polarity of the source, and we want to raise the supply current of 1V to 20V without using switches and without removing the source of 1V . What could be done?, This is a diagram I did, on the left there is the circuit without modification, and to the right, is a reference about how it should be. ![]() Thank |

So you want what inputs and outputs -- voltages and currents?
1V is enough to do things with, but your options are more limited than if it were a 5-20V source, even if you don't know the polarity of the source (or it's AC). Tim -------------------- Answering questions is a tricky subject to practice. Not due to the difficulty of formulating or locating answers, but due to the human inability of asking the right questions; a skill that, were one to possess, would put them in the "answering" category.
